Stopped here and bellied up to the bar. Ended up getting a two meat platter. I was going to get sausage and ribs, but the bartender said they had burnt ends so I went with those instead of the sausage. The meats had a strong smoke profile, and were not overcooked. The sauces were fine, and the mac and cheese was great. I was a little disappointed with the Brunswick Stew. It was the soupiest and blandest I've had, and had to pour some BBQ and hot sauce into the stew to give it some flavor. If I would have had a different side, maybe I would give this a five star rating. I'd give this a 4.5 if possible. Lastly, the atmosphere was clean and dark, and had a little grit to it. I liked this atmosphere better than the clean/corporate look that the Smok'n Pig has.

I have seen this restaurant several times, but never stopped. I went there to meet someone for lunch who said they had heard wonderful things about it. She was right. The options are awesome, the food was amazing, and the service was seriously impressive. The burnt ends appetizer was extremely tender and full of flavor, the side dishes were fresh, crisp, and flavorful as well, and the sandwiches were loaded with meat and condiments. I believe this will be a new regular dining location for myself and my family. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended.
